Barnet residents face e‑bike seizure as Lime fleet expands

Lime’s UK user base rose to about 700,000 in 2025 and sales hit £148 million. London boroughs seized over 3,000 dockless e‑bikes that year, including 2,000 Lime units. The English devolution bill now lets Barnet Council licence operators and enforce parking rules.
