Bernadin Dedic, a convicted rapist, was mistakenly released from HMP Wormwood Scrubs on February 6 due to a court official mixing up digital case files. He left the UK for Bosnia within hours of his release. A jury had found him guilty of nine charges in his absence on September 15.
