Man acquitted over Churchill statue spray paint

Caspar San Giorgi has been acquitted of criminal damage after spray painting slogans on to the Sir Winston Churchill statue in Parliament Square. He claimed he did not believe he had committed a criminal act by sending a message to Parliament.
