Incident and Investigation
Police were called to Strand-on-the-Green on May 6 following reports of a man intentionally exposing himself to women. Sobhai, who has no fixed abode, was arrested at the scene. Initially, the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to charge him and he was bailed.
