Six men believed to have connections to London are currently listed among the UK's most wanted individuals by the National Crime Agency (NCA). The agency, which leads on organised crime, trafficking, cyber, and economic crime, has included these men on its list as they are suspected of serious offences, some with direct links to the capital.

Major Drug Importation Suspects

Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz are sought in connection with a conspiracy to supply 17.83kg of diamorphine. Three individuals have already been convicted in relation to this offence. The NCA is appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of these Turkish nationals.

Daniel Dugic is suspected of involvement in a plot to import 255 kilos of cocaine into the UK. The alleged incident occurred in 2011, involving the transfer of drugs from a commercial container ship to a small UK vessel in the English Channel. Although Dugic was not on board, he is accused of playing a significant role in organising the operation. He is thought to potentially be in London.

South London Drug Line Operator

Jack Mayle is alleged to have operated a drug line named 'Flavour Quest' across south London and Surrey. He is accused of working with a dark web dealer for onward sales through their respective drug networks. Mayle, originally from Croydon, fled after being charged and is known to carry weapons. He has distinctive tattoos, including 'Croydon' on his left forearm.

Travel Fraud and Money Laundering Suspects

Christakis Philippou, also known as Christakis Chrysostomou, is alleged to have been involved in a travel fraud scheme between 2004 and 2006. He and co-defendants are accused of setting up travel agencies that offered heavily discounted holidays. These agencies reportedly ceased trading, leaving approximately 20,000 customers without holidays. Philippou is believed to be in London.

Charlie Salisbury, aged 34, is wanted in connection with a conspiracy to supply cocaine and money laundering offences. He has links to Hayes and Hillingdon in north west London, as well as Oxfordshire. Police have made efforts to trace Salisbury since May 18, 2021, and it is believed he may now be abroad, possibly in Spain. The public is advised not to approach him but to contact police.

Public Appeal for Information

Detective Sergeant Maria Isom stated, “We are continuing to seek information from the public which could help us to trace Salisbury.” She urged anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts, whether in the UK or abroad, to come forward. The NCA has requested that anyone with information on any of the listed individuals contact them directly.
