The Metropolitan Police were alerted to reports of the incident at 10.05pm on September 12. Officers arrived at the scene within approximately five minutes of receiving the report.
Upon arrival, officers found the teenager with head wounds. He was assessed at the scene before being transported to hospital. His condition has since been confirmed as neither life-threatening nor life-changing. Police were observed stationed on Mount Pleasant, near the junction with Belmont Avenue, following the incident.
