Police have enhanced powers to address anti-social behaviour surrounding Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on October 19. The measures are in place for the 8pm fixture between Tottenham Hotspur and Coventry City.

Dispersal Order Powers

A dispersal order covers the stadium footprint and nearby transport hubs. Under this order, police can direct anyone behaving in an anti-social or disorderly manner to leave the area. They may also be prevented from returning for a specified period. These powers are active from 3pm on October 19 until 1am on October 20.

Public Spaces Protection Order

Additionally, a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) is in effect in and around the stadium. This order prohibits the consumption of alcohol in a disorderly manner in public spaces. Officers can seize alcohol from individuals found to be in breach of this order. Those who contravene the PSPO may face fines.
