Parvez Ahmed Rahman charged with murder of cyclist in Stepney Green
A 33-year-old man from Bethnal Green has been charged with murder after a cyclist died following a collision in Stepney Green. The victim, Chris Powell, was taken to hospital but died on 9 August. The defendant is due to appear at the Old Bailey again on 28 October.
