Jay Langley, 40, of Ellenborough Road, Sidcup, was sentenced to 10 weeks in prison at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on 14 August 2026 for stealing charity boxes from shops in Manchester. He has previously admitted similar offences in Bexley, including thefts from charity shops and supermarkets.

Courts in Bromley have sentenced five men for offences including burglary, luxury car theft, illegal money lending, drug trafficking and harassment of a paramedic. Victims include a Sidcup family whose grandchildren no longer feel safe at home.
