Simon Levy, 41, serving a whole-life sentence for two murders in Tottenham, appeared via videolink at Westminster Magistrates’ Court to deny charges of assaulting prison officer Paul Dunne. The case has been sent to Inner London Crown Court for trial on 14 September.
