A 14-year-old boy has been charged by the Metropolitan Police in connection with an alleged stabbing incident on Bromley High Street. The incident, which occurred around 2:15pm on Thursday, September 10, resulted in four individuals sustaining stab wounds.

Injuries and Arrests

The injured parties included three boys aged between 14 and 17, and a 21-year-old man. All four were taken to hospital for treatment. The three younger victims have since been discharged, while the 21-year-old man remains in hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening, according to a Metropolitan Police spokesperson.

In addition to the four injured, four other boys aged between 14 and 17 were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. Six of these individuals have since been released on bail with conditions while inquiries continue. The 14-year-old boy who has been charged faces one count of affray and two counts of threatening with an article, blade or offensive weapon in a public place.

Court Proceedings

The 14-year-old boy appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Saturday, September 12. He is scheduled to make a further appearance at the court on Wednesday, September 16.
