Man attacked with bottle near Marble Arch, taken to trauma centre

A man was taken to a major trauma centre after being attacked with a bottle near Marble Arch in Westminster on the evening of 12 August 2026. The London Ambulance Service confirmed the incident occurred at 9:20 pm and said crews arrived within four minutes.

Three individuals carried out the assault before fleeing the scene, according to a post on social media by the account @zonjy_. The Metropolitan Police established a cordon at Marble Arch following the attack.
