Man shot on Kings Drive, Wembley, in early hours of 20 August

A man was shot on Kings Drive in Wembley in the early hours of 20 August 2026. The London Ambulance Service confirmed responding to the incident at 3.51am, with the first paramedic arriving within five minutes. The victim was treated at the scene before being transported to a major trauma centre by road.

Kings Drive remains closed to non-residents, with a forensics tent erected near the scene. A vehicle parked nearby was towed away as part of the investigation.
