A person has died in Ladbroke Grove, west London. Emergency services were called to North Pole Road at around 1:20 AM on Friday, September 25, following reports of an unwell individual. Despite the swift arrival of an ambulance, the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Metropolitan Police has been contacted for further information regarding the incident. Social media images depict a police cordon in place on North Pole Road, with a white tent visible at the location.
The road is currently closed in both directions between A219 Wood Lane and Brewster Gardens. This closure has resulted in diversions for London buses operating on routes 7 and 70.
