Teenager in critical condition after Charlton stabbing; three arrested

Arrests Made in Eltham
Following the incident, Metropolitan Police officers arrested three teenagers in the Eltham area. The individuals, a 17-year-old boy and two 18-year-old men, were taken into custody on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent. The two 18-year-olds were also detained on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and theft of a motor vehicle. They remain in custody while investigations continue.

As part of their enquiries, officers established a police cordon outside Sainsbury's Local and Jennings Bet on Charlton Church Lane. Reports indicated that police tape was also visible inside the supermarket.
