Teenager stabbed on Edgware Road in central London

A teenager was stabbed in broad daylight on Edgware Road in Westminster on Sunday afternoon. The Metropolitan Police said officers were called to the scene near Church Street Market at 1.30pm following reports of the attack.

The 19-year-old victim was taken to hospital with stab injuries. A police spokesperson confirmed his condition is not life-threatening or life-changing. No further details about the victim’s identity or the circumstances of the attack have been released.

Police appeal for witnesses

The Metropolitan Police have made no arrests and described the investigation as ongoing. Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has information to come forward.
