Three injured in Ladbroke Grove incident

Three people sustained injuries in an incident near Ladbroke Grove Tube station shortly before 11pm on Thursday, August 27th. Two men in their twenties were transported to hospital, with their injuries confirmed as non-life-threatening. A third man received treatment at the scene for a hand injury.

Emergency Response

The Met Police, London Ambulance Service, and London Fire Brigade responded to the scene. The London Ambulance Service dispatched paramedics from its Hazardous Area Response Team. Firefighters attended a chemical incident, with two fire engines from North Kensington and Paddington stations present. The specific substance involved has not yet been identified.

Ongoing Investigation

As of lunchtime on Friday, police enquiries into the incident were continuing, and no arrests had been made. Scotland Yard stated that current investigations indicate the incident was isolated and posed no wider threat to the public.
