The investigation began when police received a report of a kidnapping on Masons Avenue, Harrow, on Monday, August 17. It is understood that the alleged incident took place earlier in the week, on Thursday, August 13. The arrests followed on August 20.
A police cordon was reportedly in place at a building on Masons Avenue as investigations continued. The Metropolitan Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them by dialling 101 and quoting reference CAD3523/17AUG.
