Two men were injured in an assault near Marble Arch in Westminster on the evening of 12 August 2026. Police were called to the scene at 9:16 pm and found both men with injuries.

A 21-year-old man suffered head injuries and was taken to hospital. The Metropolitan Police confirmed his condition was assessed as not life-threatening. A second man was treated at the scene for injuries that were also not life-threatening.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance treated one patient at the scene before transporting him to a major trauma centre. Ambulance crews and a paramedic in a fast response car also attended.
