Incident → evidence → outcomeThe National Crime Agency (NCA) has named seven men with connections to London as part of its most wanted list. The individuals are sought for alleged involvement in serious organised crime, including drug trafficking, money laundering, and fraud.
Drug and Money Laundering Suspects
Charlie Salisbury, 34, is wanted in connection with a cocaine conspiracy and money laundering offences. He has links to Hayes and Hillingdon in north west London. The NCA stated that Salisbury was last spoken to by phone on 18 May 2021 and is believed to be abroad, possibly in Spain. Members of the public are advised not to approach him but to contact police on 101.
Jack Mayle is alleged to have operated a drug line in south London and Surrey known as 'Flavour Quest'. The NCA reported that Mayle, who was born in Croydon and has 'Croydon' tattooed on his left forearm, fled after being charged. He is described as being around 30 years old, 5ft 11in tall, with a muscular build, and is known to carry weapons.
Alexander Kuksov is wanted for alleged proceeds of crime offences between September and October 2022. Kuksov is described as 23 years old, around 6ft 6in tall, with short fair hair.
Daniel Dugic is suspected of involvement in a plot to import 255 kilograms of cocaine into the country in 2011. Although not on board the vessels involved in the transfer in the English Channel, he is alleged to have played a significant role in organising the importation. Dugic, originally from Serbia, is thought to potentially be in London.
Large-Scale Drug Conspiracy
Ozgur Demir and Osman Aydeniz are wanted in connection with a conspiracy to supply 17.83 kilograms of diamorphine. Three people have already been convicted in relation to this offence. The NCA has appealed for information regarding the whereabouts of these two Turkish nationals.
Travel Fraud Scheme
Christakis Philippou, also known as Christakis Chrysostomou, is alleged to have been involved in a travel fraud scheme between 2004 and 2006. He and co-defendants are said to have established or taken over travel agency businesses to defraud customers by offering cut-price holidays. Approximately 20,000 customers were left without holidays when these agencies ceased trading. Philippou is believed to be in London and is described as being around 165cm tall with grey, receding hair and tan skin.
Public Appeal
Detective Sergeant Maria Isom of the NCA stated, "We are continuing to seek information from the public which could help us to trace Salisbury." She added, "It is believed he could now be abroad, possibly in Spain, and I’d like to appeal to anyone in the UK or abroad with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact police."
The NCA is the UK's lead policing agency for organised crime, trafficking, cyber crime, and economic crime operating across international borders. The current most wanted list includes suspects for a range of offences.
