Save Wimbledon Park is challenging the Mayor of London's approval of the All England Lawn Tennis Club's expansion plans at the Court of Appeal. The group argues the former Wimbledon Park Golf Course land is subject to a statutory trust for public recreational use.
Jamie Cooper, 27, of Kingfisher Court, Wimbledon, has denied murdering Dale Mundell. A body was found in a suitcase in Borstal, Kent, following a Metropolitan Police investigation. Joshua Miller, 33, also of Kingfisher Court, faces murder and perverting the course of justice charges.
