Hackney Downs station assault: Police seek man after train threats
British Transport Police are investigating an incident involving threats on a train and a subsequent assault at Hackney Downs station.

A man is reported to have aggressively threatened passengers on board a train travelling between Cambridge Heath and Hackney Downs stations. After alighting the train at Hackney Downs, the man then allegedly punched another man on the station concourse.

BTP officers have released an image of a man they believe may have information that could assist their investigation. They are also appealing to speak with the victim who was punched, and any individuals who witnessed the events.
