Man arrested in 'Putney pusher' probe dies by suicide

His family said he experienced "months of immense pressure caused by a Metropolitan Police investigation."
The Metropolitan Police confirmed officers attended an address in Chiswick, Hounslow, at 7.12pm on September 15, where a man was found unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A force statement said his death was being treated as unexpected but not suspicious. A file will be prepared for the coroner.
Mr Brandram was also arrested on suspicion of possessing class A and class B drugs. The investigation into the 2017 Putney Bridge incident, which identified more than 50 individuals of interest, was closed in 2018. His family have stated that he was not the person responsible for the push.
