Mr Ortega died two days after the incident from a severe traumatic brain injury. Jamgbadi, who is unfit to stand trial due to mental health issues, has been given a Hospital Order and Restriction Order.

A full inquest will not be held into the death of Yubin Tamang, who was killed in a hit-and-run by rapper Ghetts. The rapper, real name Justin Clarke-Samuel, was speeding and over the drink-drive limit when he struck the 20-year-old student.

Harper Dennis, 19, from West Drayton, has been found guilty of manslaughter following the fatal stabbing of Khaleed Oladipo. The incident occurred near De Montfort University in Leicester after a dispute over a fake Rolex watch and a sum of money.

A 50-year-old man from Lewisham has appeared in court charged with causing the death of Ghulan Malik. The incident occurred on Leyton High Road in September 2024, and the victim died more than a week later. The case will now proceed to Snaresbrook Crown Court.

Sally-Anne Bowen, 65, is on trial at Harrow Crown Court accused of indecently assaulting two boys under 16. The jury has been directed to find her not guilty of one count, though she denies all seven charges.
