Alfie and Paul Sampson charged with attempted murder after Hanwell stabbing

Two Hanwell residents have been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed on Boston Road in the early hours of 31 July. The victim, a 39-year-old man, was taken to hospital with injuries described as life-changing by police.

Alfie Sampson, 23, and Paul Sampson, 52, both of Boston Road, appeared at Ealing Magistrates’ Court on 3 August. They were remanded in custody and are due to appear at the Old Bailey on 28 August, the Metropolitan Police said, as reported by *This Is Local London*.

Police were called to Boston Road at 02:25 on 31 July following reports of a stabbing. A section of the road was cordoned off while officers and paramedics attended the scene. The victim was assessed by paramedics before being taken to hospital.
