Enfield Council secured convictions against six drivers for Blue Badge fraud at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court. Fines ranged from £266 to £987 after offences in Enfield and Edmonton between October 2025 and January 2026. The council said it takes a zero-tolerance approach to misuse.

A woman has been charged with wounding four men in a daytime stabbing on Endell Street, Covent Garden. The victims, aged 34 to 56, were treated and discharged from hospital. The Metropolitan Police confirmed the charges and remanded the suspect in custody.
