Jordan Burton has been found guilty of murder for an attack in Deptford in 2006. The victim, Daniel Allright, died in March 2022 from post-traumatic epilepsy, 15 years after the assault. Burton, who was 14 at the time, was convicted at the Old Bailey on September 29.

Trevor Dunkley, 66, has admitted murdering Patricia Lashley in 1998, 28 years after she disappeared near her home in Dudley. He also pleaded guilty to preventing her lawful burial. Dunkley confessed to police that he killed Ms Lashley and disposed of her body.
